The TEACHER & HER MISSION

  Rachele is a Yoga teacher currently training with the British Wheel of Yoga. For the past 10 years, she has worked in the corporate world, and has experienced first hand the transformative power of yoga to achieving a greater sense of balance and overcome daily pressure. She now wants share the tools and practices that have helped her along their journey. 

Through a combination of gentle yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness techniques, her classes are aimed to provide you with practical tools that can be seamlessly integrated into your busy life.
